The personalised placemats have proved to be extremely popular over the summer with over 600 orders placed at events such at Hampton Court Flower Show and Tatton Park. Whilst many names that feature in our Top Ten are firmly established favourites in the Office of National Statistics equivalent lists in the past couple of annual surveys (William, Harry, Thomas, Oliver, Jack, George and Charlie for boys and Emily, Ruby, Evie, Jessica, Lily and Amelia for girls), there are also some significant differences with diminutions of names not surprisingly being more commonly used for the placemats e.g. Max, Freddie and Milly as well as a couple of names not featuring so prominently e.g. Olivia and Alfie. There are also some strong regional trends with Ruby and Seren being particularly popular in the Tatton Park area!
