Delivery Terms
There are three ways you can place an order with us:
- Order online
- Request a catalogue and place your order by phone or email
- Visit us at one of the UK and European trade shows we exhibit at.
ORDERING ONLINE
Ordering online is easy. You will need to register with us - we require company details such as an invoice and delivery addresses, your email address and a password. As soon as you have completed registration and your account has been approved, you will have access to prices, minimum order quantities and stock availability.
All products must be ordered in multiples of the minimum quantity - this is usually 6 or 12. You will need to reach our minimum order value of £150 (ex VAT) before you can proceed to checkout.
PAYMENT
New customers are required to pay for their first order on a pro-forma basis - you can pay online via debit or credit card, BACS or you can give us a call to make payment on +44 (0)1428 600018.
DISPATCH TIMES
Our usual dispatch time is 2-5 business days, however this does sometimes increase during busier periods.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
Delivery within the UK mainland costs £7.50 for orders below £200 (ex VAT) and is free for orders above £200. DPD is our delivery partner and deliveries are usually received within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch. You will know when your order has left our warehouse as you will receive an invoice to the email address you have provided. Somebody will be required to sign for the parcel(s).
Ireland, NI & Offshore Islands Delivery
Delivery charges vary depending on size of order and country (please check the table below). Our delivery partner is DPD. Please note that somebody will be required to sign for the parcel(s).
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
Delivery charges vary depending on country and size of order - we offer a reduced delivery charge for orders above £500 (ex VAT) and free delivery for orders above £1,000 (ex VAT). Our delivery partner is DPD and deliveries may need to be signed for. Please check the tables below for delivery charges and times, organised by payment currency. First find out which zone your desired shipping destination falls within, then look up the shipping rate.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
If you are outside of these areas you must arrange your own shipping.
We will ship to a registered shipping agent at the same cost as the UK/European shipping rates. If goods are being collected by an agent, shipping terms are assumed to be Ex-Works. If we are delivering to a registered shipping agent, shipping terms are assumed to be FCA - unless otherwise stated.
BACKORDERS
If we are unable to deliver an item/items and the total sum of the stock (excluding VAT) is less than £35, this backorder will automatically be closed.
All backordered items with a total sum greater than £35 (excluding VAT) will remain on order. These goods will either be added to your next order or sent, pending payment, once all items are collectively in stock.
No payment is taken for backordered items until the stock is ready for dispatch.
There will be no carriage charged on complete delivery of backorders to the UK mainland and reduced carriage charges to all other EU & UK postcodes.
