Despite our best efforts, occasionally damages can occur in production or in transit and order processing errors can be made. Please inspect all goods carefully upon receipt and notify us of any damages or errors within 2 days. We also kindly ask you to document the claim with photos to be sent to us at email@example.com.
Collections will be made for items received in error by DPD or Parcel Force. We will arrange this directly with you and will advise of collection date. Please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit.
For return of unwanted items, a charge of £7.50 per carton will apply for collection. Any items returned damaged or in an unsaleable condition will not receive full credit.
Any items returned with price stickers or other markings or without its original packaging may incur a 25% re-stocking fee.
